Here at Actively Stronger we offer multiple different services, either at our private coaching studio called 'The Barn', virtually from anywhere in the world or across different locations in Worcestershire.

Semi private coaching allows you to train with a friend or partner and enjoy reaching your goals together, it also means that you split the cost

Join our inclusive and supportive running group. Our couch 2 5 K is a 9 week interval based program suitable for complete beginners.

Group coaching allows you to still have guidance from your coach but whilst among others in the session. A great way to learn how to perform exercises.
