    The natter, train and glow class for post 8 weeks vaginal birth (12 weeks Caesarean section) will consist of approx 20 minute natter, 30 minute workout totally at your own pace and within your own limitations, 10minutes focussing on pelvic floor and relaxation.

    For our pre 8 weeks (12 weeks if Caesarean section) mammas, we will be doing approx 10-20 minute natter, 20-25 minutes of very light exercises based on those recommended to you by your NHS midwife or physio. Followed by 15 minutes pelvic floor and relaxation
